Bullying has been shown to contribute to poor student achievement, increased school avoidance and absenteeism and juvenile crime.

The Bully Coach School program is designed for elementary, middle and high school and is designed to run for the entire school year. It has been proven-effective to reduce bullying.

We offer programs that bring a school together to introduce anti-bullying concepts for all staff. We can then create a plan for school safety and bully prevention and management, based on your school culture. This one-day on-site training is designed for principals, teachers, support staff, community partners and parents. The cost of this program is $2,100 (plus travel expenses).

Other schools have chosen to work with Joel Haber, PhD to create a customized program for their school or district. This would involve:

  1. A review of your school’s unique goals and issues

  2. Development of a customized program, built around your school culture, needs, profile and objectives

  3. A long-term implementation plan, involving either your own staff or Respect U resources.

  4. Staff training during the day with key personnel.

  5. Or -- a customized plan for the day-long consultation to be determined with you prior to the visit.

I also can provide tools and support throughout the year, including parent communications, individual or small group counseling, training materials and much more.  See Programs/Services/Cost for details about other program options
